Just Announced:

Strange Scaffold x Frosty Pop

We’re thrilled to announce a five-game deal with indie publisher Frosty Pop

This deal comprises the funding and support of four new original titles from Strange Scaffold: Life Eater, our upcoming horror fantasy kidnapping sim; I Am Your Beast, a covert revenge thriller; and a pair of unannounced games: an after-hours library horror game and a co-op kaiju horror cooking title. We’re also thrilled to have a mobile version of El Paso, Elsewhere as part of the deal.

The excitement kicks off with Life Eater, launching on Steam on April 16th. Check out the trailer here!

Who We Are

Strange Scaffold is the development label of Xalavier Nelson Jr., who you might know from his work as a leading developer on Stranger Things VR, An Airport for Aliens Currently Run by Dogs, Hypnospace Outlaw, SkateBIRD, Can Androids Pray, or dozens of other critically-acclaimed projects.

Strange Scaffold is a multi-development, multi-collaborator studio. Most recently, Strange Scaffold released Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator, our critically-acclaimed sci-fi body-horror market tycoon, and Sunshine Shuffle, a surprise multiplatform success following in the footsteps of Poker Night at the Inventory. Neo-noir never looked so good in our most recent release,  El Paso, Elsewhere, and you don’t have to take our word for it – check out our accolades here.

OUT NOW: El Paso, Elsewhere

STAKES. GUNS. SLOW-MO. Fight werewolves and vampires in a reality-shifting motel. Dive through barricades to escape the grasp of evil puppets. Destroy the villain you loved. A new, third-person love letter to classic shooters. Neo-noir never looked so good.
